Diane Simmons
Diane is the owner of Cake Connection, and has been decorating cakes since 1992. She has won several awards at various competitions throughout the US, and has had several cakes published in various magazines around the world. Diane has developed an entire product line for a new technique she developed creating gelatin flowers, and now travels around the nation teaching a variety of classes. She has also written two books on her gelatin technique, and is currently working on a third.

Whether it’s a special occasion or just because… either way, we can help!
If you have a group of at least 5 people looking for something different and fun, we have the perfect suggestion… a private class! Just let us know what type of project you’d like to make, and what type of price range you’d like to stay within per person and we can take over from there. We can customize a class just for you… have everything ready when you arrive, and clean up after you leave with your completed projects!
All classes must be booked at least THREE days prior to class!
While we realize you may not be sure if your schedule will allow the class until the last moment, please also realize that we often need to prepare items ahead for students for the class. If you would like to sign up after that time, please call or visit the store to see if we may still accomodate you.
Registration Policy:All class registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration may be made online, in person, via email, or by phone. If you are emailing or calling by phone and receive the voice mail, please note that sending or leaving the message does NOT confirm your seating. You will receive a call back advising if seating is still available. Payment is due at time of booking. Cancellation Policy:As a general rule, there are NO REFUNDS. If circumstances arise and you find yourself unable to attend, we encourage you to send a friend in your place (they will love you for it! :) Refunds will only be issued if the class is full and we are able to fill your seat. Please understand that classes are like a concert or sporting event... we still have to pay our instructors. Also, the instructor often need to prepare items for students prior to the class.
