I have
been creating cakes for over 15 years now, and been teaching around the

had cakes featured several times in national as well as international cake
magazines along with having multiple how-to articles published. I have been awarded several gold medals and
Best of Division and other top honors in numerous national competitions, and
was incredibly honored to be a judge at the most prestigious annual competition
