Cancellation policy: As with most other
events similar to this, there are no refunds unless the teacher has an
emergency and cannot teach the class. In
that event, students would be given the option of switching to a replacement
class or a full refund for the class.
Class change policy: Prior to May 8th switches are
allowed.
After May 8th - no changes
allowed (unless there is a waiting list for the class you wish to drop) so
teachers may plan accordingly. In the
event that there is a waiting list for a class you wish to drop, then your class
fee would be transferable to a different class.
Class sizes are now limited
to 12 students per class, and will be filled on a first come-first served basis (no
seats will be reserved without payment.)
If a chosen class is full, you will be contacted asap to see if you wish to sign up for a different class,
or be refunded that class fee. Check the
website as class openings will be updated often.
