Macaron Class

Jean resides in Arizona, but visits Michigan for a few months each summer. She has been perfecting her macaron’s over the past few years and after some begging on our part, she has agreed to share her secrets, tips and recipe’s with you!

Cost: $35

Includes – recipes (and notes/tips), piping templates, and samples.

*Note – This is a partial hands-on demo / class.

You will have opportunity to stir batter and pipe out a few macarons to get a feel for consistency – but there is a waiting period once piped so you won’t be actually be doing a full blown hands-on class.

Full payment is due at time of registration.

We will NOT hold a seat for anyone without pre-payment.
